As a non-profit organisation, SAFEHOUSE aims to redefine culture and create happiness by shifting the current paradigm to a perspective based upon open dialogue and cooperation. Our foundation relies on the principle that we offer chances for creative expression high-lighting talent and storytelling.
We aim to unite the artistic subculture of Belgium under one banner in one ever-expanding resident network by stimulating interaction between artists, creatives and participants in every step of the creative process. This results in the creation of new and exciting media, art and ideas.
Our baseline is to build and maintain a digital platform for events and projects that promote the PLUR principle: peace, love, unity and respect. As a collective, we create art and media for social impact taking the form of mixed media experiments. Our core beliefs transcend any conviction that may limit our possibilities.
